With this registration, Westcliff Corporate Finance can offer exclusive private real estate investment opportunities under regulatory compliance standards through our new strategic partnership with Waverley Financial Services.

To qualify for the Dealing Representative license under Waverley Financial, partners Addy Saeed and Kaz Jaffer have fulfilled several crucial criteria in compliance with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and National Instrument 31-103 for Exempt Market Dealers (EMDs). Addy and Kaz have completed all the courses per OSC requirements, such as the Exempt Market Proficiency (EMP) course and required training.
